It wasn't that she disliked the whole event , but having Daisy Sandyman (and every rude Sackville-Baggins in the Shire) in your ear for seven straight hours can make one a little . . . well . . .
Irritated.
After it did end, she headed home to Michael Delving, for some well-deserved peace and quiet at the Bird and Baby Inn (and also some dinner . . . and maybe supper, if she felt up to it).
Afterwards, she would sit and listen to the wonderful stories told by Jack Lewisdown, Ronald Dwale (who had come into town for the faire), and Owen Farfield.
This was a quick post (literally comprised in, like, 10 minutes) to show off some of the awesome Farmer's Faire cosmetics. My favorite has definitely been the flower circlet, and I've been wearing it all week. This post is also a salute to the NCP's I named above. I discovered them a couple days ago and it brought a smile to my face when I realized who they were. Read about it here.
- Head: Circlet of Fresh-Picked Flowers, cannot be dyed (Farmer's Faire Reward)
- Shoulders: Shoulders of the Learned Stag, dyed Sienna (Dunland Quest)
- Chest: Farmer's Fancy Dress, dyed Crimson (Farmer's Faire Reward).
Well done story and pictures. You absolutely rock that circlet! :D
