Despite the lack of new character cosmetics in this year's festival, I find myself still enjoying the festivities nontheless. With some persistence I managed to get the Reveler’s Gilded Appearance for my war steed from the envelopes in Bree. It cannot be dyed, but is still a beautifully festive set and I was extremely happy to add it to my collection.
The Reveller’s Gilded Cosmetics and Steed are once again available in the Lotro store for the duration of the Anniversary Festival. These are almost identical to the Azure Festival Clothing given to 5+ year players. If you are not eligible for the latter items, consider grabbing the Reveller's cosmetics - they are honestly more beautiful than the yearly rewards, in my opinion, and are perfect in anyone's wardrobe.
